A few of you know that I've taken over a resort on West O.My main season rates start on May 1st but I'm going to include walleye week-end in my off season rates.So if your interested in fishing this event let me know.
I only have 7 units for rent,6 left as of now.

Not sure yet Ryan--talked to him the other night. Just not sure if we want to come fish that far away with our limited experience on the IGL! Looking forward to the shirt!

J,5-6 in the bigger rooms if you wanted to sleep double,other wise up to 3 easy.

Congrats Ryan, you will love that job. Lots of work but it will be a labor of love.. Is there a place on the website to get more info on the lake? Or is there lake info on the web somewhere?

Cole! I'll take Austin. He and I nabbed over 50 eyes last spring on Spirit and that little man was still looking for more. The boy's a natural. 
I might see you up there Ryan. I may avoid the weekend and hit the lake during the week. I'm sure I'll have Spirit all to myself.

Last year won't stop me. But it was the second time I had fished the IGL and just thinking it is a long way to go and not know the area. We have not ruled it out yet-it was a blast!

Derek,the Iowa Great lakes is made up of 7 lakes.5 of them are connected.West is the deepest,East is the longest,and Spirit is the biggest natural lake in Iowa.All the lakes are each special in their own way.
Wade,you and Austin had a great day on the water last May.Didn't you guys limit out while Scott and I struggled???
Jason/Shaley,how about those storms last year?? What a light show.We couldn't get on my spot on Sat.morning because of them.But Sunday we did and Shane caught this nice eye.It was his biggest.Hope to see a few of you guys in the area that week-end.

Austin and I got our limit of keeper males. We got about 50 eyes that day, jigging leeches and minnows. I give all the credit to the little man. I was just driving the boat.
It's just about time to get the boat ready for spring!
