I believe if you clear the cookies in the Internet Explorer tools option that will cover Outlook aswell.

Thanks for the PM FB!

I'm running a Mac and although I have Explorer...it's differant than a PC Explorer.

We have a member that can't log in after going through the normal clearing of the IDA cookies. I'm sure if he clears his Browser Cookies, he'll be cooking with gas...HEY tomorrows opener! We need to get him online!

MS Outlook? I could be wrong, but I don't believe Outlook keeps cookies. If you are initiating internet activity from Outlook, I believe Outlook goes to the associated web browser. You could clear out the cookies there or you could go to your "Disk Cleanup" utility and delete temp internet files.

Thanks Peteb!

Will looking under tools have that option listed?

I'm looking for the exact steps for posting in this forum.

Brian

Check the security as well, IDA could be blocked, if all else fails reset the defaults back, these are also in tools options.
Make sure after you make these changes to close and reopen the expolorer.
hope this helps.
