I took the rats down to Weibke today and sold them.
I sold them green and received $3 across the board.
People are really piling up the coon still  Their floor was covered in coon still on the carcass.

Honestly? In this market situation, I don't think it was too bad considering all I did was skin and then sell them.
Also, since they didn't sort the sizes, it wasn't a bad price at all.
Would I have liked to have last years prices of $7 average? You bet, but this year isn't going to bring that, unless you ship to the auction house and take your chances 
If I trapped for a living or the sales of fur was a major part of my annual income, I would have had to hit it a lot harder and not trapped as many rats, instead focus more on coons.
