I'm looking for some suggestions or previous experience with this issue.
Our chocolate lab Lucy, who is now 16 months old, is still piddling in the house. Goes on the wood floors, carpet, doesn't matter.
What's odd and makes this difficult, is that she does this walking around. She does not squat and pee, that would be easy to see and correct, she simply piddle's while walking or worse, while lying down! 
We've had her in twice to the vet to see if there's something anatomically wrong, but so far they haven't diagnosed anything. Keep telling us to start poddy training over.
It's hard to start a dog over that had it down and its impossible to catch her in the act cause there's no squat or noise. It's also extremely difficult to see when happening.
She is a great dog otherwise. Very obedient, great attitude, good hunter so far.
Is this a medical issue? Anyone else experience this? Any tips for training if its not medical?

i would assume its a medical issue. go to another vet and get a 2nd opinion.

I agree it sounds like a medical issue and if this vet can't tell you anything then I would try another.
Possibly a UTI (urinary track infection), bladder infection, or if the female is spayed it could be incontinence because of that. I believe there are drugs that can help any of these issues.

I agree with everyone! This dog has an infection. Dogs don't just start doing this for no reason...DS

I agree with the others
Erik, My Dad's Lab was on meds to control her PC or blatter control muscel, it worked.

Thanks for the replies. The vet has started her on the muscle control medication. Today is day two so we'll be back into see the vet in two weeks.
The vet wasn't very confident, kinda like well let's give this a shot.
