Nikon Optics Customer Service Experience
#603804 - 09/09/08 12:43 PM

Too many times we only hear about bad customer service. Well I just went through of getting my Nikon Monarch ATB's fixed. I had to fill out something online and send them into California. Within 15 days and a few emails form Nikon I had my ATB's back and jsut as good as new, because they were new. They replaced my pair of 10x42's with a new pair. I had sent them in due to a cracked eyecup that occurred in a freezing rain hunt I had back 2 Falls ago. All was covered under their 25 year No Fault Warranty and I could not be more satisfied then I am. So not only do they make great affordable optics, they back up what they sell and not a single question was asked about my old pair. Thanks Nikon, you definitely will be getting more of my business in the near future.

I have 2 pairs of Nikon binocs and have had to have them repaired 3 times because of things I did to break them(not warranty). I paid $20 for S&H and two weeks later I got back perfect binoculars each time. Very good service!

Rob, That's too ironic. I have the same binos and have the same cracked eye cup. So far at this point all I have done is taken a pic of the broken eye cup but I need to contact them for a replacement. Glad to here of your experience! I have Nikon for all my optics and range finder! Sounds like a great choice.
