All you have to do is use 15% to 25% cornstarch with whatever else your useing. I mix that amount with flour and cornmeal then add milk and an egg. Pat the fish dry then dip into your mixture with the spices you use added to this mixture then in to as hot of oil as you can use. It comes out like Long John Silvers fish. Im hungry for fresh fish right now.

Now so am I Dan.... I am gonna try that next time I never was to a Long John Silvers, but we used to have a Skippers down the road from the old apartment in Crystal, they closed years ago.... I loved their fish basket
