BBQ Venison Appetizer Meatballs Meatballs: 2 pounds ground venison or venison Italian sausage 1 cup crushed garlic and herb seasoned croutons 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 4 tablespoons chopped onion 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 t salt Sauce 2 cups ketchup ½ cup medium salsa ½ cup brown sugar 1/3 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tabelspoons dark molasses 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard Heat oven to 400 F; in large mixing bowl, combine meatball ingredients; shape mixture into meatballs about 11/2 inches in diameter; arrange meatballs in single layer in 13x9 baking dish; bake for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are firm and no longer pink, turning meatballs over once; Drain In medium bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.
(To liven it up sometimes I add 1 teaspoon parsley flakes, 1 teaspoon fennel seed and some red pepper flakes to the meatballs.)

I can also say they were really good As a matter of fact... everything was at the buck party How about them little toastettes with the venison on them.... they were also excellant !!! Post that one up Tina

All the food was great at the party , I wouldn't mind having that toast/venison one , they rocked.... BTW how did the beer taste BIG G ???
