I picked up my summer sausage last night from Rothers in Hastings. Once again it is incredible! There is no better. Only different. I HIGHLY recommend getting summer sausage from them. Their sticks are good but not in the same category as the SS.

Sounds good! I had Pepper Jack summer sausage done at Flickers in White Bear Lk. Very tasty! I did like their sticks also but not impressed with the smoked ring sausage  The good news is I have just tasted some of the best ring sausage I have eaten. It came from Nillsons?? in Deer Park WI. I'm fuzzy on the name I'll have to check. Can't wait to plug a doe with the ML so I can get some of my own.

Cool. I just helped make my own sticks the last two nights. They are in the smoker today. Cant wait to try them.
