I have not had this in awhile. While back in SD we had made this along with French Fries and Venison. Shore lunch Mix and some cubed up Pheasant meat and my mouth was watering after eating one of these things! Even some people that don't like wild game things were drooling over this! Just a reminder to give this a whirl again or for the first time!!
Shore Lunch Mix (or your favorite batter)
Hot Oil for Deep Frying @ 375 degrees
Cubed up Birds
Served with Fries and your Favorite

Last year in SD I soaked the cubes in buttermilk for a bit then "shook em" in a paper bag with Shorelunch Cajun, garlic salt and Lemon pepper before the deep fryer... Awesome with either Famous Daves Sassy BBQ or Blue Cheese dressing!

yummy, yummy. I love frying stuff, just hate the way my garage smells afterwards.

Rob you are not wrong about this one!
We usually do this 2 or three times a year, only in strip not cubes, for our skeet league! 2nd favorite meal we make!

Awesome dip for breaded, deep fried veni/pheasant chunks...
Mix 50:50
Newman's Own Creamy Ceasar dressing (or ranch, etc) Silver Springs Prepared Horseradish.
Dip the fried meat in the sauce and enjoy!!!
